RETURNS

We accept returns of the merchandise within 30 days of shipping. Please file the Return Request to lisa@ziqihome.com to get a Returned Product Authorization (RPA) number. To process the return faster, the Return Request should include product code, packing slip number, and return quantity.

Original sales receipt or packing slip will be provided for returned amount indicated. Shipping, delivery and handling fees are not refundable unless the reason of the return involves a shipping error, damaged, or defective merchandise.

Restocking fees apply to all returns with the exception of damaged or defective products. The restocking fee is 25% of the net price.

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges for the merchandise within 30 days of shipping. Please file the Exchange Request to lisa@ziqihome.com to create an Exchange Product Authorization (EPA) number. To process the exchange faster, the Exchange Request should include product code, packing slip number and return quantity as well as the product code of the merchandise you wish to exchange for and quantity.

Original sales receipt or packing slip will be provided for exchange amount indicated. Shipping, delivery and handling fees are not refundable unless the reason involves a shipping error, damaged, or defective merchandise.
